Fantastic airport transfer with MK Transfers, great communication from booking through to the pickup, which was around 3am, very courteous, friendly professional driver, Malik, who drive impeccably from Birmingham Airport back to MK, and helped with all our cases. My partner made this booking, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The vehicle arrived 10 minutes late, and when we called for an update, nobody answered. The driver did not apologise for the delay, rushed us while loading our luggage, and started driving before everyone had fastened their seat belts. During the journey, he was also talking on the phone, which seemed unprofessional. On another trip, I noticed a yellow engine warning light on the dashboard. Overall, the service caused unnecessary stress, and I will be looking for a more reliable company for future travel.
